Help! Smart Box doesn’t work any longer!?

My new computer has Vista OS, now my SmartBox design transfer won’t work (even with latest driver). Simplicity says the box isn’t made anymore and they can’t support it. Does anyone know how I can download embroidery designs to my card without spending hundreds of dollars on a new system?

I know what you mean. I had the same problem with my Amazing Box II when I got my new computer last fall. However, there was a great tech at Amazing Designs that was able to help me reinstall the box so that Vista would accomodate it. Have you tried that?
